Our leadership team brings more than 50 years of combined gaming experience. Between us, we have opened casinos, run racing and gaming operations, taken new gaming technology to market and built companies from the ground up.

Jeff Clifford is a gaming technology executive with deep experience in product development, commercial strategy and market expansion. His leadership at Exacta Systems helped advance innovative historical horse racing technology and distribution before Exacta became part of Churchill Downs Incorporated.

Jeff understands how to connect sophisticated technology with real-world gaming operations. At BGE, he leads enterprise strategy and brings together proprietary software, partnerships and market opportunities to create platforms built for speed, scale and competitive advantage.

Chad Barnhill brings more than three decades of casino, racing and hospitality leadership developed with some of gaming’s most recognized brands, including Caesars Entertainment and JACK Entertainment.

He has opened major casino properties, led regional gaming portfolios and served seven years as Chief Operating Officer of JACK Entertainment. His career spans property development, operations, marketing, guest experience and enterprise leadership.

Nick Weaver is an entrepreneur and operator known for building differentiated brands through relentless execution, strong relationships and an instinct for what customers want.

As a co-founder of Blue Delta Jean Co., Nick helped take the company from a Mississippi startup to an international bespoke brand with a loyal following across sports, entertainment and business. Through West Group Holdings, he continues to build and support companies with the potential to scale well beyond their starting point.
