What we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

This policy covers bespokege.com, the website of Bespoke Gaming & Entertainment (“BGE”, “we”), 317 Heritage Drive, Suite B, Oxford, MS. Questions about it go to info@bespokege.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us and what any web server records.

  • The inquiry form. Your name, organization, email address, the subject you choose and your message. If you request a platform demonstration, also your organization type and the market and scale you describe.
  • Email. Anything you send to info@bespokege.com.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs: IP address, browser, the page requested and the time. We do not use them to identify visitors.

What we do not collect

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

How we use it

We use what you send us to read and answer your inquiry, to arrange a demonstration if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure.

Who else handles it

  • Hostinger hosts the website and our email, so form submissions and emails are stored on its servers.
  • Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in our mailbox for as long as they are useful for the conversation and our records, and are then deleted. Server logs are kept for the hosting provider’s standard period.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@bespokege.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is for adults in the gaming and investment industries. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date below shows when it last changed.
